Every appliance I have purchased for the last 15 years has been from Automatic Appliance. Their responsiveness, attention to my needs and devotion to customer satisfaction is exemplary. If I call with a problem, their first response is to help me fix it myself at no charge. If I do need a new or replacement appliance, I can be certain that it will be delivered and installed promptly at a price that's competitive with the big box retailers.

I’ve had a fantastic experience with the team at Automatic Appliance. I first found them a couple of years ago, when my gas range was in need of repair. Recently the range needed repair again, and I didn’t hesitate to call them. Unfortunately it was going to be expensive to fix (it needed 3 parts), and so I decided to buy a new one. They were extremely helpful in selecting a new range, and I felt I got a great price. The delivery this week was smooth (on time and efficient); they work with a plumber so that I didn’t have to coordinate the timing between the delivery and hook-up. They are honest and dependable, and their customer service (from the front office to repair to sales) can’t be beat. I highly recommend them! Thank you Pam, Joann, Bob and Jim!
Automatic Appliance is the absolute best! We've purchased a new refrigerator there and they worked closely with us to make sure that it would fit into the space in our kitchen. Our wall oven died about a year ago. It is over 25 years old, so parts are no longer available for it. We went to Automatic Appliance and selected a replacement for it. Jim came out to measure the opening to be sure that the new one will fit into the cabinet. That weekend, Jim called to tell me that he had the part needed to repair our old wall oven. He installed it the following week. We have been very happy with our experiences with Automatic Appliance, and have enthusatically recommended them to friends and family.
