The worst service for repair. Dishwasher was just out of warrantee. 3 yrs old, had not been used in 2 years. Paid $300 for repair. It had a leak, and AE error code, didn’t turn off. They sent 3 different techs, 7 appointments, changed all parts, still no resolve! Techs were rude, didn’t show up multiple times and didn’t listen to what was wrong. Call center was no help. Supervisor texted me, didn’t reply to my answer. Had to call credit card to dispute the charge. Need to buy a new one. Not LG!
LG washers front loader and top loaders have a huge problem with a particular part that goes bad after a certain time. LG shows no intentions in fixing this problem. This was told to me by a certified LG technician. Please stay away from there washer machines unless you want it replaced in a couple of years because of this problem.
Very upset and dissatisfied with the service. Sadly, my parents were not helped to the fullest account to have something fixed. They paid $400 for help and they were not told what was the problem. I had to ask a friend to help look and see the problem. And he found it after about maybe half an hour. Please hire people that will tell the problem and at least give an estimate to have it fixed. ( Because they did nothing to really FIX the machine, they didn't even take the back of the washing machine to look at the problem.
I would like my parents to get a FULL refund. Very unsatisfied with the service. Why do you call a repair person to come? They are to come and Repair the problem not just come and Look at it and get money.
Rude and argumentative repairman refused to fix a recall on LG defective oven. After verifying through serial and model number It was a recall now they a just looking for excuses not to fix it. Fire hazard!!!!! Cool top turns on high and Connor be shut off except at breaker. Repairman seemed unhinged and unstable, kept contradicting himself and just looking for reasons to get out of recall. Crooks with dangerous products
