I upgraded my review because the P.C. Richard team did the right thing and issued a credit to replace the defective LG refrigerator. The exchange went smooth. The salesman (Anthony) was great to work with. In addition your delivery team went above and beyond with removing the old LG refrigerator and installing the new GE unit. While being without a refrigerator for three weeks was not fun at all and the repair process was frustrating……it is how you end that makes the difference. I hope that P.C. Richard will improve the service and repair process…..because the process was slow and the repair technician left a lot to be desired.

Was scheduled for service today 3/7 from 1015-215. Called at 150 to confirm and rep said service tech was there at 1:11 and got no answer at the door. What a lie!! My husband was there, checked the cameras and no one was there! Tech named Carlos is a liar and he did not call me to tell me he was on the way or that there was no answer! What a waste is a Saturday! He knew he didn’t have the part so he skipped us because i thought i would be helpful i told them what part was broken when i first made the call.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This is one of the worst service providers I have ever dealt with. Moving forward I can assure you I will NEVER purchase another appliance from PC Richard's. This is my second dishwasher and I have had issues with the service department on both. (6 phone calls, 4 technicians) and still broken. My first appointment the technician was sick, the second appointment the technician came late, stayed 5 minutes, did not diagnose ANYTHING and was adament he knew what was wrong. He supposedly ordered the part. The third appointment, a different technician came with a different part because the first technician put the wrong part order in. He did a diagnostic and now it's a new problem. I was reassured a manager would be caling me, I am still waiting. ABYSSMAL SERVICE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I've been dealing with them for several weeks regarding my frigidaire refrigerator that isn't working and still under warranty. After several attempts at fixing the issue and literally having one of their techs piss all over my bathroom during one of the service visits, this company doesn't seem to care or take customers concerns seriously.

I was supposed to have another tech come today on my only day off for the week, and they just canceled on me. I don't know how they think this is acceptable to have customer bend over backwards and adjust their life to accommodate them, when it should be the other way around. Customer service is truly dead in this country. I will never buy another product from pc richard after this abysmal experience.

Absolutely horrible! 4 times these guys have been to my house. The first visit was to diagnose, ok no issues. The second time, wrong part! Third time, wrong part! Fourth time, today, no part!! For some reason the technician thought we had the part! What?! We've had no dryer for almost 2 months and it's getting too cold to be hanging clothes out, we are drying them on racks in front of our pellet stove or having to go to a laundromat. I've been in service (HVAC) for 36 years, this all blows my mind and is completely unacceptable!! I will never buy anything from PC Richard again!!

We have had such a horrible experience with PC Richards. We have a warranty for service and parts which was purchased in 2018...for both our GE Profile Refrigerator and GE Profile Range. The cost of the warranties for both were $720! I will NEVER purchase from PC Richards again because they do NOT honor the warranty. Working with a 3rd part is horrible. Nobody is responsible for anything. On 10/11 we noticed a "toxic" smell coming from our electric stove and range. It was so bad that we needed to leave the windows open for days to get the smell out. We had to turn off the electric circuit and pull out the plug because of the safety issue. We called and they sent over a "repairman" from GE. to assess the situation. He only came on 10/20! He came and did not even inspect the stove but ordered parts he thought were needed. His name was Edwin. We waited ANOTHER 10 days for the 2nd repairman, Michael, to come. He actually OPENED the stovetop and noticed that the electronic boards were BURNT! (HENCE THE HORRENDOUS SMELL ). I HAVE PICTURES! Besides the safety issue here, he said the only thing he could do was to order the parts but he felt is wasn't the solution. So the 3rd repairman came back and put in the new parts TWO WEEKS later, 11/13! We used the stove for an hour and it stopped functioning AGAIN. We are now going on FIVE WEEKS without a stove and the money that was spent with parts and service could have easy bought us a new stove! Today, my husband & I drove out to the service center and spoke to Jaime, the dispatcher and we were not allowed to speak with a manager???? So once again, they will "write it up and get back to us". NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE PC RICHARDS ! CASE # 00014785 FIVE WEEKS WITHOUT A RESOLUTION IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE !!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Will never work with this company again. I have requested for my stove to be repaired back in November (3 months ago!!!). I was told that there was a part that needed to be ordered to complete the repair. A month goes by, I call back to see what's going on and get the same exact excuse. Then I get an email stating that the part has arrived and the technician will repair my stove. The technician comes all the way to my house just to tell me they never had the required peice. I call the service department just to be told that someone has been canceling the order. For the past 2 months the order has been cancelled by someone THREE TIMES!!! I call the service department again to jist request an exchange for my stove. I then get transferred to the parts department, just for the representative to put me on hold until their automated system hung up on me due to it being time for their lunch break. THIS IS THE MOST REDICULOUS AND DISRESPECTFUL THING I'VE GONE THROUGH WITH COSTUMER SERVICE!!!! I WILL NEVER WORK WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY, THEY DONT CARE.

After contacting pc Richard for warranty work in a Frigidaire refrigerator they sent G&g service technician who doesn't speak English and had to use google translate, he's been back 3 times replacing parts and still not working properly. G& g has scheduled and not shown up or called for 4 additional appointments and pc Richard service line tells me there is nothing they can do. G&g not responding. Six weeks has passed Unacceptable Not sure I can rely on pc Richard for appliance purchases anymore, they won't stand behind their warranty.

I’m currently on hold for well over 10 minutes for the 2nd day in a row. Our microwave oven which has a service contract broke and the technician was here yesterday. He ordered parts but said the soonest they can get to it is 2-3 weeks. We use this oven 10-15 per day. I spoke our salesman that we’ve been using for years and he thought it should be replaced. Sherla just came back on the line and read company policy to me and put me back on hold for another 5-10 minutes. They are definitely not the company they used to be.

I normally don’t write reviews but this is getting ridiculous….I called Monday 9/7/2025 to schedule for a service on my washer machine because my clothes are literally still in water and the machine won’t drain or even turn on and lights are flashing and the technician came today to my billing address not even confirming what address the washer is at and it’s at another address and they screwed up and when I tried calling service center again they said I had to reschedule and wait another two days before I can get my washer machine fixed because they screwed up on which address the washer machine was at. Totally unacceptable and then when I tried asking for a manager to speak too, they gave me an excuse that he’s not available and then he’ll call me now I have to wait another two days for a new washer machine that I got from them to be fixed

Beware of warranty and repairs as I usually do not write reviews but after almost 4 months of very poor service and lack of customer support and follow up. This issue originated back in December 2024 when my Whirlpool stove that I just bought in Dec 2024. First they dropped the stove off the truck on its side. Then 2 burners weren't working. One was overheating on the low setting and the other one wouldn't full turn off. They spoke to me as if I don't know how to use a stove when I have been cooking big meals for 45 years. They showed up first time and then had to order 2 switches . They call say parts are in and guy shows up with one part and says they canceled the 2nd switch knowing 2 needed to be replaced. The 2 appointments they never gave me a time frame and said it was cause they have an issue with their phone system. BS cause I know people who have been told the same thing many times. Customer service was so rude when I would call. My last call she tells me we aren't giving you compensation. I don't want a compensation I want the stove replaced. A new stove that I barely have been able to use cause I need to cook with the 2 front burners. I also missed 2 days of work to wait for them and now a 3rd for them to come back and try another part the burner. I have no I need the stove to be replaced. Simple....

This is specifically for the customer agent on the phone Angie. Please train her how to schedule an appointment. First I can hear someone banging and yelling in the background like they are in my house then she puts me on hold for 10 minutes and she couldn't find my address. Lastly she was not able to book my service appointment I am assuming she didn't know how to. If you hear that Angie answers the phone its better to hang up right away and call until you get someone else. I have been with PC Richards many years and never had problems with scheduling or repairs until now.

I had an appointment for 9 in the morning, the door was opened at 10 in the morning and then I waited another 35 minutes for their phone to look Tick tock and pretended not to hear me!!! if you don't want to work, look for a job, someone who wants to work will come in your place!!

Called regarding my Frigidaire range and tech came out on 1/14/25. He took pictures of the range and the model number. Told us someone would be in touch. Received a text that the parts were in and to schedule an appointment. Appointment was set for 1/28/25. Tech came in to my home and did not even look at the range and told me it is a 2 person job and that he couldn’t do it. I asked if he had the part and he said yes. I then asked if he could call the office and have them send someone to help him. He told me no that he had other appointments. I told him that right now was my appointment time and it would be great if we could get it done. Again the answer was no. He called the office to have it rescheduled. Earliest date was 2/4/25. I asked if he could come back tomorrow since I was being inconvenienced and he said no. Told me to call dispatch and if there was a cancellation maybe they could get me in. I called the service department to express my frustration and disappointment. After being on hold for quite sometime I was told that someone would call me back to see if I could get an earlier appointment. Never received a call back. Two techs came on 2/4/25 only to tell us they have the wrong part. Called the service center again, explained the situation and was told it was being escalated and we would receive a call back by the end of the day. I told Kimberly that I was told the same thing last week and she assured me I would receive a call back. Never received a call. Now it is 2/10/25 and just received a text that the part is delayed. Really! Going on a month with no results. What is it going to take to get this resolved? We have been a customer for over 30 years but I guess that doesn’t mean a thing.

Beware of warranty and repairs as I usually do not write reviews but after almost two months of very poor service and lack of customer support and follow up. This issue originated back in December 2024 when my LG stopped working and originally I was service immediately and told that I needed a replacement circuit board which would take up to two weeks to get the part which they would be in touch. After over two weeks I had to follow up with PC Richard and they said oh yes we have the part and scheduled a replacement service. A few days later my kitchen flooded due to a damage water line which opened up and I had to call a plumber to close the water line. My plumber advised me that the water line leading to the ice machine was damaged and asked if somebody worked on my fridge or moved the fridge which was only the P C service call technician. I immediately opened a claim as my wood kitchen floor was now warped and only needed sanding and staining. And the ice machine water line fixed. Pictures of the damage was submitted and damaged assessed. PC Richard service center subcontractor was contacted and the subcontractor came to assess the damage. The technician advised that yes the water line leading into the ice maker was damaged and took pictures. Again no contact from PC Richard and when I called they explained that they were still assessing the damage awaiting the subcontractors to report back. I was told that I could follow up with the subcontractors directly which was very upsetting considering that I did not hire them directly. I kept calling and finally a couple of weeks later I was told that the subcontractor reported that the water leak had come from my dishwasher and I was horrified to see that the report differed from what the technician claimed when assessing the damage. I explained to PC Richard that the water leak was not from my dishwasher as I had used it before and after the damage occurred and no water leaks occurred. I requested that PC Richard management contact me directly to discuss and the customer service representative said ok I would receive a call back. No call back for two weeks and I called again this customer representative told me that although I was awaiting a management call back I probably would not receive one. I was said should I try contacting corporate office and the customer service representative said that is probably best and when I asked for the contact information they said sorry that no contact information was available and to search online. This is so horrible and horrifying to see such unprofessional behavior.

Absolutely Disappointed on the level of professionalism at the service call center. I have this warranty service for approximately 10 yrs (I purchased a 10 year service contract). The service contract for the money well worth it. I must say, their staff at the calling center definitely needs some improvement. I called several time thought out the 10yrs of service and always get service agent that might be rude or do not care about the way they speak to the customer. I called this morning and encounter an agent by the name of Nelson. The level of professionalism was a 0. After speaking to Nelson for a few minutes about a issue with my microwave, he proceeded to tell me that I don't have a service contract for it. I had explained to Nelson that we did, he proceeded to argue with me about it and instead of deescalate the situation, he escalated it. He went as far as telling me that by me calling him by his name and getting personal because I was calling his name, it wasn't going to make any difference. (I think it was the right thing to call the person by his name out of courtesy). After I proceeding to check the warranty service on the microwave, we noticed that we had a replacement on it and the warranty wasn't on the same service contract. Nelson was very rude and refused to help me until I further explain that it might be on the same address. He then proceeded to check my address and found the other service contract for the microwave.

I know dealing with people is not an easy thing to do, but being rude and augmentative with a customer, doesn't help the situation.

Horrible customer service, they don't try to help their customers at all. Had a delivery scheduled for today. I received an automated call for delivery confirmation yesterday, connected to a live person to ask about a delivery window, she rudely told me we don't give delivery windows, I asked her how am I to know, she said I'll get a text after 4pm. I never received one. When I tried calling back, the store was closed. They came pretty early this morning, around 8:30 am, I was still asleep and missed the delivery. Called customer service and they rescheduled to Tuesday, she stated if I didn't get a text, that I should check my email and there's a number to get my delivery window, would have been nice to have that information before. When I asked about anything sooner, no help, I asked if they can try to contact the driver to see, no help. I explained to them that I had a gathering at my house tomorrow, and really needed the stove, they didn't care, I texted the driver from the number called, he said he was too far, I asked about any other time today, no response. Just one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had, they just care about getting their sales and nothing else. Went to a different branch initially to view my stove beforehand and even then the customer service wasn't the best. They really needed to do better as a chain.

Gate open at 6 AM check it in at 6:15 AM for 12:30 PM appointment. I got a door at 8:30 unloaded 11 AM but The door space is very tight not fit 53, trailer

PC Richards a store that I have utilized since childhood has changed greatly over the years. Pc Richards and Sears were the go to for all your appliance needs. The customer service was very personable and more in tune with the needs and wants of the family. Somewhere along the years, that value changed and it became all about selling the item. I recently purchased a washing machine of which I clearly told the sales representative that I prefer the agitator. Unbeknownst to me when my machine arrived on the following Saturday it was not what I requested. He clearly ignored my request and gave me the item that was showcased on the showroom floor, which was the one without the agitator. However PC Richards did offer to replace it with the correct machine. After waiting 3 days and noticing that I never received any confirmation that my machines had been swapped out, I had to venture to the store. Only to find out that the machine was never put into the system for replacement. The manager on duty noticed that there was an oversight and my machine had been left in limbo and the transaction never completed. He completed the transaction and I finally received the correct washing machine on the upcoming Saturday.

Their customer support staff are very rude, I understand working at a call center can be unnerving, but learn to control your stinky attitude.

They don’t listen and come when the business is closed . Going on 8 weeks now to solve a simple warranty. Worst service I have ever experienced in my entire life!!!

Here we go again. Waited 4 hours for a repairman to arrive only to be told that he didn’t have the part on the truck. This is a common occurrence with pc richards lately. You give them a detailed description of the problem and they still show up unprepared to fix the problem. This happened in November. This happened in May. Now here we go in July. Three different appliances same exact response when they show up. I have close to $10,000 worth of appliances purchased from them in my home. I will never step foot in one of their stores again. They just don’t care anymore.

Currently waiting on an appointment for the serviceman to come back to our house for the 3rd time for the same warranty issue. There’s poor communication between whomever schedules the appointments and the servicemen, as we had the error code available over the phone and yet the tech walked into our house, read the code and then left to order the part for the first appointment. We have been without a properly working fridge or freezer for 2 weeks now. The call center people are abrupt and rude and will not allow you to escalate to a manager. Ineffective and a huge waste of time.

Absolutely atrocious customer service. My husband and I have spent >$10,000 over the past 4 years on new appliances from P.C. Richards. Over the past 4 years, we have dealt with issues with our dishwasher, fridge, and now our dryer. Scheduling a service appointment with P.C. Richards has always been a headache, but our experience trying to get our dryer fixed over the past few weeks takes the cake. The first two technicians we had come to look at the dryer were unsuccessful at fixing the problem, and the third technician (who was supposed to come today) did not show up during the appointment window. For all 3 appointments, my husband and I have had to re-arrange our work schedules, child care, and appointments, and no one from the service center seems to have any respect for our time. It is extremely difficult to get anyone on the phone (wait time is typically no less than 30 minutes) and everyone we speak to says they are “unable to help.” I have also reached out to P.C. Richards via email (as seen in their replies to previous reviews) and have yet to receive a response. Will never buy from P.C. Richards again, as their warranties prove to be way more trouble than they’re worth.

I have had several problems with the sevice department and the appliances I purchased. I never had any problems when Sears was in business, and there service team was aways polite and helpful. I have had enough with different techs coming and not fixing the problem! My dishwasher doesn't work properly and doesn't clear ,or dry my dishes. I get the run around and told run the hot water before starting the cycle! It doesn't work. My ice marker freezes and was replaced and still has the same problem! However, when you find the right tech,they won't send them back, which is beyond ridiculous. I would not recommend PC Richard repair or appliances going forward and is very disappointing.

I ordered a refrigerator, and range a dishwasher and a microwave. If I could rate this place zero stars, it would definitely get zero stars! Their lack of communication regarding delivery arrangements was extremely frustrating. Despite being promised notification the evening before with a four-hour delivery window, I woke up on delivery day to a message at 6:54 am saying the delivery was almost there. I had explicitly mentioned the need for advance notice since the house was currently vacant, but it seemed to be disregarded. In a nutshell, It's disappointing how little they seem to care about inconveniencing customers and potentially losing them.

Just waited 30 minutes for a phone call just for the agent to hang-up on me after asking me for a serial number for my A/C. She mumbled her name in the beginning of the call, proceeded to recite a completely different address than what I specifically told her, asked me for the A/C serial number and then hung up.

Tech department is horrible. The techs are nice but they can’t diagnose a leak which is under warranty. 6 or 7 appointments which requires work rescheduling every time. They refuse to put a supervisor on the line even after the last techs came and said they would have a supervisor call. Love my salesman absolutely hate the tech department.

pc richards is service is horrible. I have been waiting for a part for my microwave for months. when it finally came in it was the wrong part. again I had to wait for the right part. I have an appointment today withe steve. no window. 7am to 7 pm. that is unacceptable. now I need to wait until the service department opens. also I have an extended warranty

I have been a customer of PC Richard since 2004 and as the years have progressed their customer service has been getting seamlessly worse. Over the past 8 years I have gone thru 4 refrigerators. My current LG one has not been functioning properly at all for the past 2 months. I have gotten 4 service calls done on it and each time the problem got worse. I call back repeatedly and have to explain the issue to a different representative every time I call. It is excessively tedious to say the least. I have been requesting an exchange for over 2 weeks now since I still have the warranty and they keep scheduling service calls. At this point, it is costing me more money than a new fridge would be!!!! I am hesitant to spend money on a new purchase because otherwise what purpose does the warranty I paid for serve???

Every single time I call, I am given different info. I have put in over 8 requests to get a call back from a supervisor and no word yet. I am not seeing why they can't provide a credit for an exchange for a $1,600 fridge already. Truly ridiculous

Unhappy with the pc richard service center, they are terrible. Let me elaborate... You place the service call they come in one week, then the tech literally diagnosis the issue in one minute and leaves to order the part. Now you have to wait one to two weeks if you are lucky for the part to arrive then make another appointment and wait one more week hoping that this time the tech can resolve the issue. So unprofessional

2 item were delivered 1st item- stove that was installed with a support bracket that was loose and not install correctly screw was not secured since it was put i t to sheet rock with not hitting a suport beam. Also stove was not leveled. 2 ND item microwave was installed but electrical was not connected properly. Installers made hole in cabinet but was poorly installed.

This has been the WORST experience I have had not only as a long time PC Richard customer but as an overall consumer. I purchased a split ductless A/C from what I thought was PC Richard but is actually a separate department which does not answer to PC Richard. Since September, I have been trying to have my unit serviced. It is nonfunctional. Service has been unresponsive and when I contact the PC Richard service department, I am constantly told there is nothing they can do but send a message over and someone will call me back or send an email to their customer service department to restate what we spoke of on the call. At one point, I was calling 1-2x/week asking for updates and callbacks. To date, I have never received a call from this department. That to me is unacceptable considering I purchased this unit based on the PC Richard reputation and would think that even if this particular division was subcontracted that they would be subject to the same standards as the company in general in order to uphold their esteemed name in the industry. For now, I am stuck with a non-functioning heating unit in my CHILD's room in freezing temperatures. Keep in mind, this is an issue I have been trying to fix since September when the weather was decent so that I could avoid this problem. There has been no resolution. I have spoken to "corporate" which seems to be customer service but the issue has not been resolved. There seems to be no ramifications for lack of communication, poor customer service and genuine disregard of their customers. I have spent thousands on this unit with a company that was eager to install but slow to respond. As an alternative, I have tried to obtain service from the manufacturer but that is also on hold as unsurprisingly, I cannot obtain a copy of the diagnostic report (which is needed for the manufacturer) since I cannot get a hold of or a response from the A/C / Ductless Department. Never again will I purchase a large appliance from PC Richard. I am utterly disgusted with this company and am currently looking for other options .

P.C Richard’s came to my house to repair my whirlpool washer. 1month later it did the same thing. Now they say it is out of warranty. The repair they did, did not work. They do not stand behind their work.

Not worth buying warranty from PC Richards. During my warranty period their service man came multiple times for same problem. It worked for 6 months and same issue of water leak came back. Now that warranty is over, I am paying to get same problem resolved. There is no fix! Not sure why do I have to pay for the ongoing problem that they don't have solution for. Rude service department people. I just paid another $300 for 1 yr warranty that will make my problem go away for 6 months!! If I don't my kitchen floor and basement will get damaged. I buy everything at PC Richards, but their service center is horrible. Waiting on a refrigerator repair to be completed for 7 weeks now. The never order parts in advance even though they know what is wrong, So they come look and then order the part and then have incompentent service person trying to fix it. I am going on 6 visits now and ice maker still not working. I don't indersatnd how the Richard family lets this go on.

For 3 days I could not get an answer regarding a large replacement home air conditioner. I went to PC Richards, walked in, Adam came over and solved the problem in less than 3 minutes. Extremely knowledgeable.!.!

Terrible service department, I’ve been waiting two weeks just to get a technician to come in say he doesn’t have the parts, even though everything was stated before hand, then call them to find out they do have the parts. What kind of service is this, my mom was taken advantage of when buying this appliances. Also this is the second time we need it fixed same issue same part in a matter of a month. Don’t buy from them don’t use them they are a joke.

Service provider Jean came to my home to service my washer- he was unable to fix the issue and stated I needed a new washer which is covered under warranty. 3 weeks later I call service to see what is the hold up. Jean falsified my service report stating there is no issue and my washer is in perfect condition. Luckily for me I have security cameras that recorded the entire visit. My next step is to contact the FTC and take any other action deemed necessary.

Excellent communication throughout the warranty process. Technician who came to my home was Professional and really knew his craft. No mess and got my range working perfectly after he installed all the parts. Jason was friendly and informative.

I ordered a nearly $9,000 Miele refrigerator, which included installation and haul-away of the old fridge. Someone named Joel (aka "User STR38M") contacted me to verify the new unit would fit our existing space. After we worked through that, Joel informed me there would be an additional $200 charge to install the new fridge and take away the old one. Oh, and it had to be paid directly to the driver IN CASH (I have all of this in writing, since we communicated by text). I asked Joel for his supervisor's name and phone number, which he refused to provide. Next, I called their customer service line and was told by the woman, "I've worked here four years and I've never heard of an additional cash charge that you had to pay at delivery." Yeah, that's because JOEL IS A SCAM ARTIST. He must have something going with the drivers where he gets unwitting customers to pay an extra amount and then they split the free cash? Anyway, I told the nice woman to please cancel my order. If you enjoy getting held up by a petty thief, by all means call PC Richard for your next appliance purchase. Otherwise, shop elsewhere.

Only four stars because of how tight it is to back to the indoor loading docks. Everything else worked out fine. In and out within 2 1/2 hours while making a delivery. Security people are very polite. There is some parking outside the fence.

On a regular basis (1-3 times per week about), I receive e-mails from the Farmingdale, NY, PC Richards requesting that I share my opinion regarding different products they say I recently purchased. The thing is - I did not purchase anything. I have called twice and requested they stop sending me e-mails. The first time I was told that they deleted my email - but the emails continued. The second time I requested to speak with a manager and I was told my complaint would be brought to a managers attention and the emails would be discontinued. They have not been discontinued

I will call again this week and will try to go there when I have a chance. .

I have 5 appliances from PC Richards all of which I have had problems with. The refrig and the stand alone freezer have been the worse. I have lost hundreds of dollars worth of food because of wait time for a repair man and once because of a repairman's total incompetence. I will NEVER by from them again and you should not waste your money either. Next time I will purchase from Bestbuy, who also offers a repair contract {their reviews are much better)

Purchased a stove which was nothing but problems. However the technicians were always polite, neat, professionals. Ultimately P.C. Richards replaced the stove so overall they turned a problem into a acceptable solution. I'm glad I shop there, they stand behind thier products.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ************************ I had Tech come out to repair my Samsung freezer door handle. I was told the entire door needed to be ordered due to the fact the screw broke off inside the door and was built into the door. I was told the part would be in about 1 week. I called the following Monday spoke with the OWNER RICK who advised the part was still on order.. called again the end of the week (Friday) Spoke with the OWNER RICK AGAIN who advised the part was still on order. i called PC richards they advised Rick called and ordered the part that morning !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO WONDER THIS COMPANY HAS A 1 STAR RATING!!!! The owner doesnt even care about his customers!!!!!

We have a warranty on our fridge and the ice maker continued to stop working. I emailed the service center asking what they would do so I don’t have to keep missing work to meet the technician and they called me within 30mins and replaced the ice maker all together. They sent the same technician so we were familiar with each other and the problem. Nothing but good things to say about their service and the overall experience. We buy all of our appliances there

I have been trying for weeks to get my Thermador oven repaired and although the phone people have been pleasant I have not gotten my oven fixed. No supervisor will return my call. Why buy a warranty from them, nothing gets fixed. No care. 5 children No oven.

Stay away. I bought appliances from PC Richards. Been having problems with the oven, stove, and refrigerator. Called PC Richards for repairs. Sent out a 3rd party because they don’t do it themselvs. After coming a total of 6 times fixing numerous problems, now they tell me they aren’t responsible for fixing the faulty products they sell. One time they even sent me a part and told me to do it myself. I will never purchase anything from PC Richards again. Major rip off. Not to mention they just try to make commission off you when you buy.

I had a Urgent need for a service call on my unit, week one of quarantine and my full fridge of groceries were at sale. The GE units have to be serviced by GE not by PC. Steven was only able to schedule me an appt a week out but promised to keep trying and check during the day if anyone had canceled. He kept his promise and called me within a few hours with a service appt the next morning- FIRST thing in the morning.i have a newborn and a toddler and the fridge is necessary appliance for them. Steven kept his word and saved the day, he understood my urgency and showed compassion for me during this difficult week. I will forever be a PC customer thanks to Steven professionalism.

Had a link with with my washing machine, service guy came end of December fixed the problem, after he left my washing machine started making a loud banging sound, took 4 service guys to figure out the problem, refusing to open up the washer to see what the problem was because their own personal computer was telling them everything was good. The last service guy at the end of January finally opened up the washer and saw wire was put in wrong and it was causing the loud noise. This problem should have been fixed 4 service guys ago...I’m very disgusted with PC Richards not very happy with them.

I had previously purchased a mattress from Dave C. at the Elwood store. My wife and I love it, and appreciated Dave's patience, and guidance while we were deciding. We just went back to Dave to purchase our new LG 4K TV and Bose soundbar and sub. I've never had such an awesome movie watching experience at home.

Horrible service! I will never again buy from PC Richards. I have a whirlpool refrigerator that I purchase less than 2 years ago. The compressor failed and PC richards sent a serviceman from the company they contract with. After 4 visits to my office, they are still unable to repair the refrigerator. I called PC richards and they pass the buck. They are saying that the repair company is working with whirlpool to get this rectified. RIDICULOUS! My service contract which they happily sold me (5 years) is with PC Richards. It is not with the company they subcontract to, and it is not with whirlpool. I asked the rep at what point in time PC Richards will take responsibility and the rep had no answer! What happened to a family business that stands behind what they sell?

We waited for service a whole day never showed said they called. Made another appointment gave me a window from 7 AM to 7 PM called them said that is crazy after I drove to my house in the Hamptons at 7 AM and now they don’t show and it’s 4 PM stay away from this company.They show at five and can’t find the part they ordered in truck.🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️run from this company

These people are the worst ,all standing around doing nothing but coffee clutching,no wonder they were empty at the west Babylon location ,nobody knows what they are doing and they all have attitudes,I’ll go to Best Buy ,much more friendly and knowledgeable

I purchased a window ac spent about $400 lasted 1 summer went to install this year and it kept blowing hot air i missed the warranty period by a couple months tech came spent 10 minutes tops and told me to take it to a local ac place for a recharge of refrigerant He said dont take it back to PCRichards because they will charge double and you have to bring it to them He had no problem taking my $127 for 10 minutes I have spent thousands with PC over time this is my first experience with repairs. needless to say i am very dissapointed with a new ac unit that sits on my living room floor.
